Mosammat Jaheda Khatun, mother of Md. Rafiqul Islam, Vice President and former Office Secretary of the Central Committee of Jatiyatabadi Swecchasebak Dal, has passed away due to old age. Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raji'un. She was 90 years old at the time of her demise.
In a condolence message today, BNP Secretary General stated, "I extend my deepest sympathy to the bereaved family of Mosammat Jaheda Khatun. As a religious and charitable woman, she was highly respected and well-regarded by the people of her community. I pray that the Almighty grants her in Jannah and gives her grieving family the strength to endure this great loss."
The BNP Secretary General also prayed for the eternal peace of her departed soul and expressed his heartfelt condolences to her family, relatives, admirers, and well-wishers.

Kabir Hossain Talukdar, father of Moktadir Hossain Tarun, Human Rights Secretary of the Central Committee of Swecchasebak Dal, former Vice President of the Central Committee of Chatradal, and founding President of Private University Chatradal, has passed away today at 1:15 PM while undergoing treatment at a hospital in the capital. Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raji'un. Kabir Hossain Talukdar was a member of Barishal District BNP and the convener of Agailjhara Upazila BNP.
In a condolence message today, BNP Secretary General said, "The late Kabir Hossain Talukdar was a dedicated leader who firmly believed in the ideology of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman, Bir Uttam, and the philosophy of Bangladeshi nationalism. He played a key role in strengthening and stabilizing the BNP in Barishal District and Agailjhara Upazila. Under the leadership of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, he actively participated in every movement and struggle to establish democratic rights for the people. His passing is a great loss not only for his family and community but also for all of us. As an honest, kind, and religious person, he was deeply respected by all in his locality. I pray that the Almighty grants him in Jannah and provides patience and strength to his mourning family."
