As an honest and dedicated journalist, he was uncompromising in carrying out his duties. He was always vocal against the anti-people actions of the fascist Awami government, which has stolen democracy and imposed control over the media. He was fearless and resolute in fulfilling his professional responsibilities as a journalist. Despite the threats of the illegal Awami government, he never bowed down. I pray for the peace of his soul and extend my heartfelt condolences to his grieving family, relatives, and well-wishers.”
