The prime minister of the illegitimate government is dragging the country's political situation to an inconclusive state. Once again, in an atmosphere of silent panic, he is planning elections without voters. Absence cases are being used as a weapon for political purposes of this government. The Awami government has become a laughing stock at home and abroad by filing absentee cases against dead leaders, sick leaders and leaders who are staying abroad. They have filed cases to suppress opposition parties including BNP and critics, and the case against them is proof of that. Not only in the country but also abroad, huge questions have arisen about the integrity of the law courts during the tenure of this illegal government. They tell the people one thing, and when they come to power, they do the opposite. In the run-up to the 2008 elections, there was never any word in their election manifesto about abolishing the caretaker government system, but they abolished it after coming to power. This incident is shocking and gross misconduct towards the people. Today, the foreign minister said, "I will hold transparent elections, it doesn't matter what foreigners say." Therefore, the foreign minister's words are raising strong doubts in the minds of the people that Sheikh Hasina's government is involved in a deep conspiracy of another opaque and rigged election.

The mentality of Awami government is very dangerous for peace and coexistence. They have lost their mental balance while staying in power illegally. Their language is terrible. It is tantamount to breaking the status quo of society. Neutrality is not an issue in the current demonic misrule. Party loyalty is important everywhere. All constitutional institutions of the state are controlled by party men. Thus, due to the banishment of good governance, criminal activities such as tender-baiting, extortion and land grabbing have become rampant. Meanwhile, the opposition party of Nishirat's government has employed all its forces in repression, even as the people's appetite for poor employment conditions, dwindling incomes and the unlimited rise of essential goods have risen. There is no shortage of indecent slander of government ministers, disappearance cases, arbitrary arrests and inhumane torture of BNP leaders and workers in jails.

Stop the march of terror, torture and death. The people are revolting against this government injustice. It is now the duty of the citizens to join the field against the illegitimate government at this moment. Democracy is the greatest contribution of mankind. "Symbol of democracy, mother of democracy" to demand the release of national leader Begum Khaleda Zia and to restore democracy under the steadfast and fearless leadership of national hero Tariq Rahman, regardless of party affiliation and profession, everyone should jump on the streets unitedly.
