BNP Standing Committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury said that hundreds of BNP leaders and activists have gone missing and murdered in the movement to restore democracy against the current illegal Awami League government. Some sons and some daughters have never seen their father's face. They now want to see and visit their father's grave. They don't even get that chance. It is an uncertain matter. Are they dead or alive? There is no chance to know that either. He said, today those who are responsible for missing-murder lies and disappearance cases will be tried. They must account for every incident and every hour of such a long period. Not only in the country, but if necessary, it will be tried in the international justice system. In the future, all disappearances and murders will be prosecuted. If not, this incident will be repeated in the future.

He said these while inaugurating the education stipend-2023 program for children of missing-murdered, oppressed, helpless and poor activists by Ziaur Rahman Foundation (ZRF) at BNP Chairperson's office in Gulshan today.
