Condolence Message from BNP Acting Chairman Mr. Tarique Rahman

Mosammat Ashrafunnesa Nateka, mother of BNP National Executive Committee’s Information and Technology Affairs Secretary, Professor A.K.M. Wahiduzzaman, passed away today at 4:30 PM due to old-age complications while undergoing treatment at Insaaf Al Baraka Hospital in the capital. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raji’un. She was 77 years old at the time of her demise. BNP Acting Chairman Mr. Tarique Rahman has expressed profound grief and sorrow at her passing.  

In a condolence message today, the Acting Chairman of BNP said:  
“I am deeply saddened by the demise of Mosammat Ashrafunnesa Nateka, sharing the grief of her family. As a loving mother, she dedicated her life with boundless affection and relentless effort to ensure her children were well-educated and capable individuals. She was also highly respected in her community for her piety and benevolence. I pray to the Almighty Allah to grant the bereaved family the strength to endure this profound loss.  

I pray for the eternal peace of Mosammat Ashrafunnesa Nateka’s departed soul and extend my deepest sympathy to the grieving family members, relatives, and well-wishers.”
