The opposition BNP has arranged a milad mahfil (a special prayer) across the country, including in Dhaka city, on Wednesday seeking immediate recovery of ailing BNP chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia’, who is now undergoing treatment in the city’s Evercare hospital.




The UK BNP held a milad mahfil at the Regents Lake in Londonl seeking immediate recovery of Khaleda Zia. BNP Acting chairman of the party Tarique Rahman was present at the Milad and Doa Mahfil.




The BNP held a milad mahfil at the party chairperson’s Gulshan office in the capital in the evening seeking immediate recovery of Khaleda Zia. The party’s senior leaders Abdul Moyeen Khan, Nazrul Islam Khan, Abdullah Al Noman, Barkatullah Bulu, Shamsuzzaman Dudu, Shajahan Omor, Ahmed Azam Khan, Abdus Salam, Amanullah Aman, Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal, Habib un Nabi Khan Sohel and Jahiruddin Swapon were present at the programme.
